Be Present & Engaged: Join the calls on time and actively participate. To get the most out of the calls, please find a quiet space and turn on your camera.
Be Open, Honest & Coachable: Authenticity, honesty and a willingness to keep an open mind are foundational pieces of coaching.
There is no magic button: When dealing with infidelity there’s no easy way through it, it’s a deep pain. I will be here to support and encourage you, but the amount of change you experience will mainly come from your decision to do the work.
1:1 coaching is NOT a replacement for professional mental health support: Please seek additional professional help as needed to deal with the various emotions and trauma that come with infidelity.
Packages are Non-Refundable: Once purchased, your full payment (whether using the monthly paument plan or paying in full) is non-refundable.
24-hour cancellation policy: We know "LIFE HAPPENS" and sometimes a call will need to be rescheduled. However, if you do not cancel with at least 24-hours notice you will forfeit that session. If I cancel with less than 24-hours notice you will receive one additional session at no cost.
Recorded Calls: Calls will be recorded for your reference and for my notetaking purposes. Please ask if you'd like a link to review the session.
